I’m a holistic nurse, wellness coach, and advocate for women’s well-being.

With nearly two decades in healthcare, I’ve seen firsthand that creating harmonious health goes beyond your doctor's office —it’s about nurturing the mind, body, and soul.

 

That’s why I created Holistic Nurse Coaches—to help women break free from burnout, reconnect with themselves, and build sustainable habits for lifelong vitality.

My Journey to Holistic Healing​

From Critical Care to Holistic Wellness

When I first became a nurse in 2007, I was drawn to the fast-paced, high-stakes world of critical care. I spent years in hospitals, working with patients in their most vulnerable moments. I witnessed firsthand how traditional medicine could save lives, but I also saw the gaps—so many people were surviving but not truly thriving.

 

I started to ask myself: What if we could support people before they ever reached a hospital bed? What if health wasn’t just about treating illness but about creating a lifestyle of vitality and joy?

My Own Wake-Up Call

The turning point for me came when I realized that I, too, was caught in the cycle of stress, burnout, and imbalance. I was giving everything to others but neglecting my own well-being.

 

That’s when I began to explore holistic health—blending movement, mindfulness, and medicine to heal not just the body but the mind and spirit, too. This journey changed everything for me, and I knew I had to share it with others.

In 2015, I founded Faithful Fitness by Brittany with a simple yet powerful vision: to help women break free from quick-fix diets and unsustainable fitness trends.

 

I wanted to create a space where health was about more than just losing weight—it was about building strength, confidence, and a lifestyle that truly supports well-being. Through personalized coaching and community support, I watched women transform their lives, and I knew this was just the beginning.

Evolving into Holistic Nurse Coaches

As my coaching deepened, so did my understanding of what women truly needed. Health isn’t just about food and exercise—it’s about emotional resilience, mental clarity, and feeling connected to your purpose.

 

That’s why I expanded my work beyond fitness and created Holistic Nurse Coaches. This is more than a coaching program; it’s a movement. We guide women to elevate their well-being through a blend of science-backed practices and soul-nurturing self-care.

A Whole-Person Approach to Health

I believe that true well-being comes from aligning all parts of ourselves—body, mind, and soul. That’s why my coaching is centered on three pillars:

Mindfulness: Learning to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with yourself. Through breathwork, meditation, and self-awareness practices, we cultivate clarity and peace in a world that often pulls us in a million directions.

Movement: Exercise isn’t about punishment—it’s about celebration. Whether it’s strength training, yoga, or a simple walk in nature, moving our bodies is essential to feeling strong and vibrant.

Medicine: As a nurse, I believe in integrating both traditional and holistic approaches to health. There’s a time for modern medicine, and there’s also power in preventative care, nutrition, stress management, and lifestyle shifts that support long-term wellness.

What is a Holistic Nurse Coach?

A nurse coach presents a way for you to safely discuss your mental, physical, emotional, & spiritual wellness and assesses your readiness for change. The focus is on lifestyle behavior and promoting health to improve overall wellbeing.  We know lifestyle is medicine. While as a holistic nurse coach I am credentialed and highly skilled, I recognize that you have your own innate wisdom as the driving factor towards positive, healthy changes.

 

A broad range of powerful tools allow me to leverage your own inner wisdom.  As a registered nurse, certified health coach, certified personal trainer, certified life coach, yin yoga teacher, EFT practitioner and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction practitioner, I am here to guide you to live a healthy & active lifestyle that is authentic to you.
